Lost Username

If the user has forgotten their Username that they selected upon account creation, they may retrieve it if they have provided a primary email address.

Lost Username Wizard

To retrieve a lost Username:

Navigate to the STEP home page.

Click the Forgot Username link.

The system will display the Forgot Username wizard.

Enter your primary email address in the fields provided.

Click the Submit button.

The system will display the Security Answer page if the primary email address matches an existing account.

Enter your answer to the security question.

The system will display the Username Retrieval Successful page if the security answer matched the answer associated with the account.

The system will email the lost Username to the user’s primary email address.
